• Dispatch verified scrap pickup agents to your registered address
• Communicate status notifications (pickup assigned, arrived, completed)
• Process secure, instant doorstep payouts for your collected scrap
• Comply with municipal recycling laws and environmental reporting mandates
3. Data Security & Storage
Your personal information and authentication tokens are secured with high-grade 256-bit encryption hosted on Microsoft Azure enterprise cloud infrastructure within India. We do not sell or rent your data to any third-party marketing companies.
4. Your Rights & Account Deletion
Under Indian digital data privacy regulations and Google/Apple app store guidelines, you retain the right to review, update, or permanently delete your ClearScrap profile and stored addresses. You can delete your account directly through the Profile tab or by emailing privacy@clearscrap.in.
