1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClearScrap Web or Mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Doorstep Pickup & Digital Weighing
ClearScrap provides scheduled doorstep scrap collection. Pickups are conducted using certified electronic scales. Rates applied are based on the published live rates at the time of weighing. You have the right to observe the weighing process before concluding the transaction.
3. Prohibited & Hazardous Materials
We strictly do not collect hazardous medical waste, explosive items, radioactive materials, biochemical waste, or items suspected to be stolen property. Any attempted transfer of prohibited items will result in cancellation and notification to local authorities.
4. Payments & Payouts
Payments are provided immediately upon completion of electronic weighing via cash or eligible retail vouchers as agreed at the time of doorstep pickup.
5. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel scheduled pickups free of charge at any time prior to agent arrival. Repeated cancellations without prior notice may lead to temporary restriction on slot bookings.
